We understand how exciting it is to receive your new TRI-FIT items which is why we strive to get orders shipped within two working days, except for during holidays or extremely busy periods.

UK & International

We ship all our orders from the UK. Our couriers EVRI dispatch the majority of UK mainland orders on a 1-2 working day delivery service. For international deliveries with use a variety of couriers with customer getting 3 options to choose from at checkout. Shipping times for international orders is dependent on location, however, we expect all orders to arrive within 1 week. 

COVID-19, Refund & Replacement

Please note due to COVID-19 shipping times can vary due to reasons beyond our control. We will only be able to consider a refund or replacement item after 30 days have elapsed since the delayed item was sent. Please contact us via info@tri-fitathletic.com or use our handy Live Chat if you have any issues with your delivery.

Import duties and taxes, or customs clearance

If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be required to pay local import duties and taxes, or customs clearance imposed by local government. The cost of shipping does not cover these charges. This is the customer's responsibility, not that of TRI-FIT. TRI-FIT is unable to advise customers regarding customs charges and we do not have any control over duties imposed by local governments. Please check with your local government agencies prior to confirming a purchase with TRI-FIT online. We cannot accept returns due to objections with customs charges and orders cannot be returned to sender. We will also not change the order value on any shipping documents to reduce your charges. UK law dictates we are unable to do this. TRI-FIT reserves the right to make changes to shipping rates, carriers or shipping providers at any time without notice
