Sale Period
The TRI-FIT TRANSITION SALE will run from 12 AM, Wednesday, November 20th – 12 AM, Saturday, November 30th (GMT). Discounts apply only to orders placed within this timeframe. No exceptions will be made for orders outside the sale period. -
Pre-Sale Access
A pre-sale period is available exclusively for our email subscribers, during which discount codes will be provided. These codes are valid only for use by email subscribers during this period and are not transferrable. The general sale discounts will become available to all customers once the pre-sale period ends. -
Discounts & Availability
All discounts are as marked on the website or as per the provided codes during the pre-sale period and are subject to stock availability. TRI-FIT reserves the right to alter or withdraw items included in the sale without prior notice. Additionally, TRI-FIT may change the sale discount amounts during the sale period at its discretion. Other discount code cannot be used during the sale period. -
Returns & Exchanges
Items purchased during the TRANSITION SALE are eligible for return or exchange as per our standard returns policy, provided they meet our return conditions. Please note, refunds will reflect the discounted sale price paid rather than the original product price. For returns due to a change of mind, customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs. In the case of faulty or incorrect items, TRI-FIT will cover the return shipping costs. -
Warranty Policy
Our standard warranty policy applies to all items bought during the TRANSITION SALE. Issues related to misuse, wear and tear, or damage from external factors (e.g., race belts, Velcro) are not covered under warranty. For full warranty details, please refer to our Warranty Policy. -
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service team within 14 days of receipt. Our team will assist with an exchange, repair, or refund as required. -
Shipping & Duties
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply to their orders. Please contact the courier directly for the most efficient handling of any shipping-related concerns. Shipping times may be extended due to increased volume during the sale period. While TRI-FIT works closely with courier services to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the order has been dispatched. -
Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale," which are non-returnable and non-refundable. Final Sale items will be clearly identified on the product page. -
Price Adjustments
No price adjustments or reimbursements will be made on previous purchases. The TRANSITION SALE prices are only valid for orders placed during the sale period. -
Crash Replacement Service
TRI-FIT's crash replacement service remains available for eligible items purchased during the TRANSITION SALE. Claims must meet the standard conditions of our Crash Replacement Policy. -
Data Privacy
TRI-FIT values your privacy. Any personal information provided during the sale will be used solely for order processing and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
